I’m incredibly excited to announce the details of my next book, Called to Battle. My passion is to see Christians thrive in and out of battle. To do that we must be continually preparing for battle. There is a battle we are caught up in that we cannot escape. We must fight it well. Your salvation and the salvation of those around you may depend on how well you fight.
As I wrote this book I seemed to attract battle after battle. But those battles were worth it as I believe this book is a God inspired book and will impact people’s lives (it’s impacted mine through writing it!) and I believe the battles I walked through give more weight to what I have written about.
Below is a synopsis of Called to Battle. Anticipated e-Book release is Easter 2019. Paperback release to be confirmed.

Jesus was called to battle and so are we. It is a battle we cannot see and we cannot escape. Jesus prepared for his battles using key spiritual weapons such as prayer, fasting, worship, thanksgiving, love, passion and peace. He walked through his life with an undivided heart, trusting and surrendering to God fully even when it was hard and it hurt. We can learn so much about spiritual weapons through how Jesus prepared for battle and what he did during spiritual battles.
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Ephesians 6:12 (NIV)
In a fallen world with an enemy out to attack to destroy your faith, non-Christians watching how you deal with the battles in life, their eternity possibly in your hands as how you fight bears witness to them and to your faith, how will you fear? Are you continually sharpening the weapons at your disposal? Are you battle ready?
1 Peter 2:9 states that God has called us out of the darkness and into the light. You are called to battle. You are called not to run, but to stand, to fight the good fight of faith.
Called to Battle examines key spiritual weapons that Christians can deploy in spiritual warfare. Eternity is at stake. The stakes are high. We cannot make the mistake of praying for the battle to end. Instead, we must pray to fight well. Standing firm always.
You are called to battle. A battle which, although is won, is one you must fight. Are you battle ready?
